Lee Grieve / Work & CV

Less friction.
More possibility.

I build the systems that let software businesses scale without adding headcount.

20+years of operational experience

Technical operations. Customer onboarding. Deployments and migrations. Production AI and automation.

01 / Selected work

Systems I have shipped.

Real operational problems, turned into repeatable systems. Anonymised where needed.

01 / Customer success workspace

Customer context. All in one place.

The problem

Customer success managers assembled the same context by hand across a CRM, a data warehouse and a revenue-intelligence tool before every conversation.

What I built

A unified workspace that brings all three sources into one surface, with customer context loaded automatically.

What changed

Less time switching systems and gathering information. More time with the customer.

02 / Decision-support agent

Better guidance, beyond the bottleneck.

The problem

The next best action for each customer depended on scarce specialist consultants. Guidance was slow and difficult to scale.

What I built

An agent that interprets usage signals, product gaps and lifecycle context, then passes recommendations to delivery and execution workflows. People stay in the loop on judgement calls.

What changed

Consistent customer guidance, with specialists free to focus on the complex cases.

03 / Platform migration system

Make the migration repeatable.

The problem

Moving a large customer base onto a new AI platform could not scale as a bespoke, consultant-led project for every account.

What I built

An entitlement-governed system with a light automated route for smaller accounts and a guided route for larger customers, supported by a shared data pipeline.

What changed

A repeatable migration motion instead of thousands of individual projects.

An idea you can try

From business book
to working agent.

The KPI Positioning Agent turns Daniel Priestley's Key Person of Influence framework into a live tool.

From operator to builder

Two decades.
A lot of learning.

I joined one software company more than twenty years ago and grew with it through technical operations, customer onboarding, deployments and migrations.

That gave me a hands-on view of what breaks when a business scales. Today, I design and ship production AI agents and automation across customer success and professional services.

Away from my professional work, I write and release my own songs and develop independent games through Rusty Spoon Studio.
